Thank you for registering for the CDA 2025 Convention at the Monterey Bay Plaza Hotel & Spa, taking place October 21-24, 2025. Here's what you need to know about your registration:

  • Booking Deadline: Room block rates are available until September 20, 2025, or until the block is filled. Early reservations are strongly recommended as the room block typically fills quickly.

Parking

  • Valet Parking: $43 per night, plus applicable taxes (subject to change).

Airport Shuttle

  • The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Monterey Regional Airport.
  • Guests can utilize Monterey Airbus, which offers shuttle services and point-to-point transportation to nearby locales, including Monterey Regional Airport.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations received by August 15, 2025
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations received between August 16 and September 15, 2025
  • No Refund: Cancellations received after September 15, 2025
